IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR TRAVEL INTO CANADA

When entering Canada from the United States, U.S. citizens must show either a U.S. passport or other proof of U.S. citizenship, such as an original or certified birth certificate together with photo identification.

Please note that for many airline carriers, a valid passport is the preferred method of providing proof of identity and citizenship. As such, it is strongly recommended all attendees of the Holm 2006 conference who hold valid U.S. passports and are traveling into Canada from the U.S. carry and present that form of documentation. U.S. citizens entering Canada from a third country must have a valid passport.

All visitors to Canada from countries other than the United States will be required to have a valid passport.
